Lyndon has over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined ScotiaMcLeod as an Investment Executive in 1986, when it was known as McLeod Young Weir. Lyndon became Branch Manager in Oakville in 1999. He was appointed Director, Financial Services in 2005 and served as Branch Manager of Mississauga between 2004 and 2007. Lyndon was awarded Branch Manager of the Year in 2005. In January 2008 Lyndon stepped out of his management role to focus entirely on advising clients as a Senior Wealth Advisor.
Lyndon is a runner who has competed in a number of marathons, and is an avid cyclist. He is actively involved in the community as a volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society, The Terry Fox Foundation and the Appleby College Alumni Association. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Concordia University.

Senior Wealth Advisor
 Andy joined ScotiaMcLeod in Toronto in 1998. He moved to Oakville in 2003 as an Investment Executive and Financial Planner and in 2004, formed the Fournier Montgomery Group with Lyndon. A graduate of the University of Guelph, he obtained the Certified Financial Planners (CFP) designation and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Wharton School of Business.
Andy enjoys a variety of outdoor sports, including skiing, snowboarding, running and most water sports. He also plays guitar and piano. Andy sits on the board of directors for Camp Mini-Yo-We and has volunteered with numerous local charities including Habitat for Humanity.

Bethany Sturtridge |

 Bethany joined ScotiaMcLeod in 2008 as an Associate to the Fournier Montgomery Group. She attended the University of Guelph, where she graduated with a science degree in Human Health/Nutrition and a minor in Business Administration. Bethany's previous work experience includes various positions within the pharmaceuticals industry and another major Canadian financial services firm.
Bethany enjoys spending time outdoors and she is active in a number of activities including swimming and hiking. Bethany is also involved in the community as a volunteer with local charities.
Bethany focuses on the daily management of client accounts and assists with the client annual review process and implementation of investment strategies. She provides on-going client communication, and is the primary contact for client administrative inquiries. |

 Steve joined ScotiaMcLeod in October 2005 and is an insurance veteran with over 20 years experience in the industry. Having worked with Maritime Life, Assante and Canada Life, he brings tremendous professionalism, expertise and technical knowledge in the area of insurance as our in-house Insurance Consultant.
Steve enjoys photography and cooking in his free time. He has participated in many speaking engagements over the years to groups such as ADVOCIS, The Canadian Institute of Underwriters, The Life Insurance Institute of Canada and countless producer groups.
Steve specializes in developing solutions to help clients reach their personal goals. Through a disciplined and detailed approach, he provides an analysis of how insurance solutions can help out clients meet their short and long term goals. |
